In Summer 2023, Sweet July will launch Sweet July Skin, an extension of the Sweet July brand, a new skincare line from Ayesha Curry that features traditional Caribbean superfoods enhanced by modern formulas. The skincare line celebrates Founder Ayesha Curry's Jamaican roots with simple yet effective products that turn caring for your skin into a private self-care retreat.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Create Happy and Loyal Customers. 
• Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Expanding sales revenues through product knowledge and achieving sales goals
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining appropriate stock levels, ensuring displays are adequately stocked and meeting brand cleanliness and aesthetic expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve store initiatives and create a positive store environment.

Here’s the experience you’ll need to bring: 

• High school diploma/GED required and 2+ years’ customer service experience preferred.
• Skincare Enthusiast, passionate about skincare, and knowledgeable about various skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship building.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment, staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Flexible schedule/willing to work weekends and holidays.

This assignment will be from July through December of 2023.

Salary: $18-23 per hour
