The skincare line celebrates Founder Ayesha Curry's Jamaican roots with simple yet effective products that turn caring for your skin into a private self-care retreat.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, daily meal breaks, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service Excellence: Set an example for exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Sales and Goal Achievement: Support the sales team by promoting products, providing product knowledge, and utilizing sales techniques to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Training and Development: Maintain a high-performing team by supporting sales associates’ onboarding, product knowledge, and continued training on sales techniques.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met and that the store remains clean, full, and organized.
Here’s the experience you’ll need to bring:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 2+ years’ customer service lead experience preferred.
- Ability to work well on a team with a passion for helping others.
- Skincare Enthusiast, passionate about skincare, and knowledgeable about various skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
- Flexible schedule, available to work 32-40 hours/week, including weekends and holidays.
This assignment will be from July through December of 2023.
Salary: $18-23 per hour
